Owasso planned

Owasso has the
heart of a small town, with a 2006 population of 33,858 in the ZIP
code, but it fuels a much larger retail trade area of nearly
700,000 because of its unique location and solid infrastructure.
Owasso is
expected to grow at least another 15% between now and 2008, and
the city is ready for the challenge. Growth can challenge a
community in a number of ways, including providing adequate
infrastructure, education, housing, goods and services to supply
the population.
With a master
city plan for expansion already in place which addresses their
community needs, Owasso residents present and future are assured
